Testimonials: S. Walter Stewart Library

We were the mechanical consultants for two projects that were recently completed and for who Dependable Mechanical Systems was the mechanical contractor. One project was for the Toronto Public Library and involved an addition and renovation to a 26,000 square foot district library (S. Walter Stewart Library) with a mechanical contract value of approximately $500,000. The other project was for the Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning and involved the conversion of offices to a state of the art double demonstration kitchen and wine tasting room (Centre for Culinary Excellence) with a mechanical contract value of approximately $600,000.

We found both Mr. Trevor Gebauer and Mr. Bill Rankin, the site supervisors, and Mr. Raj Ahuja, the project manager, for Dependable Mechanical Systems to be courteous, team oriented and professional. We enjoyed working with Dependable Mechanical Systems on both projects and would be pleased to work with them again in the future.
