Lynde Creek Village Manor Addition
This long-term care facility project consists of the addition of a 5,500 sq m new 5-storey building with 66 units and renovations of the 3,500 sq m existing building with 37 units. The project commenced in September 2013.
Dependable Mechanical Systems is responsible for the full mechanical scope of this project including full HVAC, custom-made rooftop units, full plumbing and fixtures, complete mechanical room, packaged terminal air conditioning unit, insulation and controls.
