Project Scope: The mechanical scope consisted of supply and installation of underground and above ground plumbing including DCW, DHW, Sanitary and storm system, sump pits, plumbing fixtures, supply and installation of Boilers, pumps, Cooling Tower with heat pumps for individual classrooms and admin areas, heating and chilled water piping, supply and installation of Custom Makeup air unit, ductwork with VAVs, Exhaust fans and terminal devices, insulation, Building automation system, balancing, third party commissioning and Client Training. |
