1. Burlington Centennial Pool Revitalization project for the City of Burlington. From a mechanical perspective, this $2.4M project which was completed in May 2014 included a total renovation of the existing mechanical and plumbing systems i.e. new building HVAC system, BAS, air distribution systems and commissioning of the systems. New storm, sanitary and vent systems, new domestic water piping for new washrooms, showers and fixtures.This was my first experience with DMS and can attest to the intensive management required on a complex and demanding project. DMS worked with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion and the delivery of a quality product.
2. The Best Days Hotel Renovation in Niagara Falls is a $3.SM renovation project currently underway which involves an interior renovation of all suites including washrooms with all new fixtures, upgraded ventilation for washrooms and public spaces and extensive repairs and upgrades to plumbing systems. Project is scheduled for completion in December 2014. DMS is working with us to identify cost saving options for the Owner.
