GO Transit – East Regional Bus Storage & Maintenance Facilities

The project consisted of design-build construction of approximately 200,000 sq ft LEED Gold Bus storage and maintenance facility for Metrolinx GO Transit.

The mechanical scope included plumbing piping and drainage, rain water harvesting with filters for trench drain flushing and bus wash feed, in-floor heating in the maintenance and storage areas, snow melt system, complete HVAC system, tail pipe exhaust, extensive runs of process piping for multiple fluids, solar hot water heating, mechanical for Cogeneration and TRIGEN with absorption chiller, boilers, pumps etc., building automation system, commissioning and client training.
