The mechanical scope consisted of the supply and installation of custom air handling units complete with services for chilled water and steam, VAV boxes with reheat coils, all ductwork including grilles, diffusers and registers, exhaust systems for fume hoods, all plumbing, plumbing fixtures, medical gases including piping and equipment, insulation and controls.
