The project involved the addition and renovations to the 26,000 sq ft library for the Toronto Public Library. The mechanical scope included supply and installation of plumbing sanitary, storm and domestic piping systems, replacement and refurbishment of existing air handling units and a complete new HVAC distribution system comprising of rooftop units, hydronic heating and an integrated building automation system.
