I am pleased to write this letter of reference for Dependable Mechanical Systems Inc. In September 2011, Sheridan contracted Giffels Construction Ltd to build a 45,000 Gross Square Foot addition to the “C” Wing at the Davis Campus in Brampton, Ontario.

Sheridan required this building to be completed and occupied for classes by September 2012, thereby, making this project to have a very tight schedule.

As part of the construction team, the College received excellent service , cooperation and effort from Dependable Mechanical Systems Inc. throughout the construction of the project. We met the critical dates and stayed within budget.

I found that Dependable Mechanical Systems Inc. was a competent and efficient company with a staff that has both a strong knowledge base and act as a professional team. I would recommend this firm as a mechanical contractor for construction and renovation projects.
