Dependable Mechanical served as the General Contractor for the installation of two new rooftop HVAC units atop the George A. Reid Wing at our main building. The site presented a number of challenges, with the building considered of historical interest and with there being limited access due to the sharing of the small staging area with the Art Gallery of Ontario.

Throughout the project, Dependable Mechanical showed respect for what was by necessity, a very tight budget. As well, they demonstrated sensitivity to a timeline requiring that this work be completed prior to the start our Fall term. They were at all times professional, organized and responsive and I would gladly work with them again.
